破纪录
虽然只有一圈是破纪录的，不过还是很开心。2.15分钟，从来都没有跑那么快过。是今天体育课时第八圈的timing. ^^
Did warm up (1 round slow jog) and 7 rounds of intervals today. Kinda good I suppose. Clocked in less than 2.50min for most of the rounds. I think it's only one or two that exceeded.
